Shipping/Fulfillment Policy


NOTE: We are only shipping from our OBT location (12975 South Orange Blossom Trail) at this time.


At Knightly Spirits, we understand the convenience and flexibility of having alcohol shipped directly to your door. However, it is important to note that there are strict rules and regulations regarding the shipment of liquor that must be followed to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.


When purchasing alcohol from our website, please be aware of the following guidelines:


  • Age Requirement: The recipient of the alcohol shipment must be 21 years of age or older. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.
  • Shipping Locations: We are only able to ship alcohol to specific states and locations where it is legal to do so. 
  • Delivery Timeframe: Your order will be processed and shipped in a timely manner. However, due to varying state regulations, delivery times may vary. If you have a time sensitive order, please contact us at shipping@knightlyspirits.com BEFORE placing your order.  Returns or refunds will not be honored due to a delivery timeframe issue
  • Shipping Carriers: We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your alcohol order.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of alcohol sales, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any purchased items.




Where do you ship? 
We ship non-alcoholic items to all states. Shipping wine & other alcoholic items can be complicated— alcohol shipping laws vary from state to state. When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Processing times may vary subject to weather conditions and order volume.  Certain states also have additional days in the shipping process which can add business days to the final delivery being made. Are shipments insured?
We make every effort to ship all items in adequate packaging to ensure safe delivery.  We do not offer insurance on items at this time.


Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
All packages containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult over the age of 21. 

Many customers choose to have their order sent to their work address so that an adult is present to sign for it. If an order is sent to a home address and an adult is not present, the designated courier will try to deliver twice more on consecutive business days. Some couriers allow the customer to arrange to pick up of their package at their local facility. Some companies will hold packages for up to five days if a recipient tells them that they are coming to pick up their package. If the recipient does not contact the courier, or if the package is not picked up within the allotted window, the courier will return the package to us. Additional shipping fees will apply for any package that is required to be reshipped.


How can I track my order?
The Order Fulfillment email will contain your third party carrier tracking number.  However, for certain states, tracking information is provided after you are notified that the product has shipped. For these states, tracking information may be provided up to two business days after your order has shipped depending on third-party carrier processing timelines, which vary based on order volume. Legal notice
All wine, beer and spirits purchased from Knightly Spirits are sold at its licensed premises in the State of Florida, where title passes to the buyer.  The purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from Florida to their home state.  By arranging for transportation of the product via common carrier, Knightly Spirits is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. The purchaser will be billed for this service. By utilizing this service from Knightly Spirits, the purchaser is representing that they are acting in a fashion compliant with their local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of alcohol. The purchaser represents that they have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, are working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, are legally entitled to take possession of alcohol and are legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that they are 21 years of age.
