Return & Refund Policy

In store policies

-All refunds require a physical valid, government issued photo ID.

-No returns after 14 days from purchase.

-Products must be unopened and in the original box and or packaging if applicable. Barcodes and labels must be intact. Wine, beer and cream based spirits will be accepted at management discretion.

-Returned items with a receipt can be returned to the original form of payment or can be exchanged for an in store credit to be used at time of return. Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days.

-Returned items without the receipt can be exchanged for an item(s) with same value or customer can exchange for higher value and pay the difference. This exchange needs to take place at the time of the return.

ORDER RETURN.
 -If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the store directly to replace the product or receive a refund.
-Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS.
-If an order needs to be canceled, please call the store directly. You can find the number on our website at the bottom of the page.
-Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for orders that were delivered and signed for.
